I had never heard of British Baseball (sometimes known as Welsh baseball) until I read this story about a women's league this morning. The Wikipedia article says its more like baseball than cricket, but the rules sound far more crickety.
Anybody ever seen a game?

Hi Craig, From that Wikipedia entry alone I'd have to say the game sounds much, much more like baseball than cricket. It sounds pretty much like what we called rounders at school (in London) - essentially baseball with a tennis ball and a flat paddle bat, where you score points for each base because the girls couldn't hit the ball far enough to get all the way home.
The best rule was if a fielder caught a ball on the fly one-handed (no gloves of course) the whole team was out.
