The Most Depressing Night In Baseball History

You know, when your biggest problem is a lack of crowds, you probably need to do better than this:

Attending a Saturday night game at Dolphin Stadium in 2008 once again will feature an event-like atmosphere. For the second straight season, the Marlins will showcasing Super Saturdays, where an evening of activities are slated for each Saturday home game . . .

. . . Opening the Super Saturdays series will be Poison lead singer and VH1 television star Bret Michaels, who will be at Dolphin Stadium on April 5. The Marlins face the Pirates that day in a 7:10 p.m. ET contest.
Of course, I'm not referring to the Marlins, here, I'm referring to Brett Michaels. I mean, according to his tour schedule he has upcoming gigs at casinos in St. Charles, Missouri and Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, as well as something called "Bike Week" in Scottsdale, Arizona.

How desperate must he be to be lowering himself to the level of playing Marlins games?

That's the most awesomely fantastic picture ever. The leopard bandana, the makeup, the arm position, tattoo, the flexing, the leather gloves and the peace sign.

I might have to start a new site: Hugging Bret Michaels.

"Behold ladies of the Marlin Nation, come feast on my awesomeness and lose your panties instantly. Fear not, for I am the Most Awesome Bret Michael, lord of all things awesome."
