Topps issues a press release postponing a special stockholders meeting during which the company's fate -- purchase by Upper Deck, merger with some random LLC's no one has ever heard of -- will be determined.I don't really know the details of any of these proposed transactions, but I do know this: if Topps doesn't hurry up and get this done soon, they're going to end up having to airbrush the new corporate logo onto all of the old letterhead.
