You know, I'm an overweight guy, and I worry about diabetes, and think to myself, you know, I should get more exercise, and at least I've started eating better. I think about what if I had been training my body all my life, I probably wouldn't be at risk for diabetes.
But I guess not. Jim Fixx died of a heart attack while running. Pass me more chili fries.
Insulin is a hell of a drug.
